Delete your Nutriya account and data

You can permanently delete your Nutriya account and its associated profile, meal-plan, tracking, and authentication data from inside the iOS app.

Delete from the app

1. Open Nutriya and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Profile.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Complete the on-screen confirmation.

The app signs you out immediately and removes your account from active use. Some security logs, transaction records, fraud-prevention data, and backups may be retained for a limited period when required by law or legitimate operational needs, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your Nutriya account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription separately in your Apple account settings.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@bewitty.app from the address linked to your account. Include “Nutriya account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Facebook users can also remove Nutriya from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing the Facebook connection stops future Facebook access; use the steps above to delete the Nutriya account and stored data.
