Nutriya Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Nutriya mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Nutriya, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Nutriya service

Nutriya provides personalized meal-planning, recipe, shopping-list, tracking, and related nutrition tools. Generated information is educational and informational only. Nutriya is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a physician, dietitian, or other qualified professional.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping access to your device and sign-in provider secure.

3. Safe use

Meal plans and other suggestions may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and can contain errors. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, dietary restrictions, portion suitability, food safety, and whether a suggestion is appropriate for you. Seek professional advice before making material dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, including any trial offer, are purchased through Apple’s App Store and are subject to the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at purchase. Unless cancelled in your Apple account settings before renewal, a subscription may renew automatically under the terms displayed by Apple. Nutriya may change features or future prices where permitted, with notice provided through the App Store or app.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Nutriya, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

6. Content and intellectual property

Nutriya and its software, branding, designs, and service content are owned by BeWitty or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain any rights you hold in content you submit and grant us permission to host, process, and use that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Nutriya to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nutriya is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. BeWitty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination and deletion

You may stop using Nutriya at any time and can delete your account in the app. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription, which must be managed separately through Apple. We may restrict access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, or legal requirements. Account deletion is explained on our account-deletion page.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new update date and may also be communicated in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
